Pre-appointment
For All Appointments
• Arrive alone to your appointment, this includes children.
• Your appointment can be rescheduled online up until 48 hours before your appointment. Any less notice will be classed as a cancellation and your booking fee will be forfeited. To cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, text us on 0448 095 341.
• Not showing to your appointment will result in the remaining balance of your appointment being charged to your account.
• There is 1 hour free parking right outside the studio on Hay St. It is seldom checked but if you would like to be safe there is 2+ hour paid parking on Olive St and May Ave. We will not be responsible for any parking fines.
• We thank you for choosing us as your artists and we can’t wait to have you in the studio!

• If you have had previous cosmetic tattooing in the area you’re booking for, you need to send photos BEFORE booking. If you come in with previous work, we reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot go over what you currently have. You will be charged the remainder of your appointment. To avoid this, send through photos first.
• You cannot get cosmetic tattooing if you’re: under 18, pregnant, HIV positive, on blood thinning medication, or have been on roaccutane in the last 6 months.
• Most clients will book a touch up session to perfect the healed outcome. This is due the unpredictability of the skin during the healing period. If you are happy after the first session, however, you do not have to book one.
•It is recommended that you get a touch ups every 1-2 years to ensure the longevity of your tattoo and to keep it looking its best. Cosmetic tattooing is low-maintenance, not no-maintenance. If you feel like you don’t need an annual touch up or are happy with the look of your tattoo then you don’t have to book one. If you are ever unsure, send through some photos via email, text or Instagram.
• Avoid 2 Weeks Before: Fish Oil Tablets, botox in the area, facials, prolonged sun exposure, and skincare products that contain Retinol & Glycolic Acid.
• Avoid 48 Hours Before: Alcohol, Caffeine (coffee, red bull, pre-workout, coke), facial waxing and Aspirin & Ibuprofen.
• Bring in as many inspiration photos as you like, but please remember that we do try to work with your natural features as much as possible to give you the best result, and your skin will be different to that of the people in your photos.
LIP TATTOOING
• If you’re getting a lip tattoo and are prone to cold sores it is recommended that you consult your chemist about taking antiviral tablets before and/or after.
• Even if you have never had a cold sore outbreak, the virus can lay dormant in your body and the tattoo may cause one to surface.
• If you get cold sores frequently or severely, it’s recommended that you do more research and possibly consult your doctor before getting lip tattooing as it is most likely that you will have an outbreak.
• As you will not be able to speak for almost all of the appointment, you may want to consider bringing Airpods to listen to music/a podcast in order to make yourself more comfortable during the appointment.
EYELINER TATTOO
• Eyeliner tattoo cannot be done with any eyelash extensions on and they will need to be removed at least 2 days prior to your appointment.
• It is recommended that you remove contact lenses at least 30min before your appointment if you wear them.
-
Brow Styling & Lamination:
• We would prefer you to come in with no makeup on so the products we use can work their best, but we understand that this is not always possible!
• To avoid lifting of the skin, stop the use of any strong skincare (AHAs, retinol, salicylic acid, acne treatments) for a minimum of two days before your appointment
• Exfoliate the area gently the night before and moisturise the morning of your appointment to ensure the tint/dye lasts as long as possible for you.
Lash Lifts
• Arrive to your appointment with no eye makeup, especially no mascara. This will affect your lash lift results as the solution cannot penetrate lashes.
• Avoid oil on your lash/eye area on the day of your appointment.
• Lash lifts can be done with contact lenses in, however, we do recommend taking them our prior to ensure your comfort during and after the appointment.
