MEET THE TEAM
Caitlin - owner
My name is Caitlin and I am the owner of Star Brow Studio. I started off in the beauty industry in 2014 working at Mecca whilst at university completing my degree in Illustration. This then lead on to me building my freelance business and eventually opening a mini studio with another makeup artist and friend in the front of my Mum’s house, which we called Studio X. Not even a year into this we had outgrown the space and decided to open a collaborative studio space with the same name in Joondalup. We were there for 3 years and in that time learned so much about the beauty industry and having a business.
It was there that I started doing brow waxing but found myself frustrated that I couldn’t “add” to someones brows. When I got my own brows done at A Touch of Brow, Marissa encouraged me to start doing brow tattooing.
I opened Star Brow Subiaco in July of 2021 and we have been growing ever since. My ultimate goal is to create a collaborative space in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable in. I love that so many of our clients become friends and love being in the studio so much that they now get all their services done with us.

Mikaela - artist
Mikaela started as an absolute beginner at the start of the year, which comes as a surprise to everyone who sees her work, as she is already an incredible brow and lash artist. She has quickly become a favourite with our clients and everyone that meets her says the same thing: “Mikaela is so cute”. She currently does brow waxing, lamination and lash lifts, but will be starting tattoo training very soon!

Kaira - Angel Eyes Artistry
Kaira has been doing lash extensions for just over two years. She really listens to her clients and customises each set to her clients eye shape, lifestyle and personal preferences. Many of Kaira’s clients have become like a part of the furniture at the studio, giving us all updates on their lives every time they come in, as Kaira loves a chat with everyone who comes into the studio.
